MEMBERSHIP
The Council membership is composed of officers, trustees, and up to three (3) designated laypersons called delegates from each church or place of worship located in Ocean City, NJ, and up to six (6) delegates at large. The council meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm except July, and August.

Delegate Duties
- Attend monthly meetings and serves on committees; keeps their church volunteers informed of all policies/decisions regarding the Food Cupboard and Clothes Closet scheduling and duties
- Relay pertinent information to churches/places of worship for publishing in Bulletins and church websites and are responsible for coordinating delegates to represent their church or place of worship
Delegate at Large
Attends monthly meetings, serves on committees, and serves as an ambassador to the community
